2027 Summer Analyst Program: GCIB Finance - New York, NY

About the role

A 10-week Finance Summer Analyst internship in MUFG’s Financial Management of the Americas provides hands-on exposure to GCIB financial planning and analysis. Interns support management reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis while receiving training, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Top-performing analysts may qualify for full-time employment after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Support management reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the Global Corporate and Investment Bank.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to functions and assist with business decisions.
• Work alongside MUFG professionals, managers, mentors, and other Summer Analysts.

Development and Work Arrangement

• Attend Finance leadership learning sessions and access online courses covering Excel, leadership development, and other subjects.
• Receive goals, professional development guidance, performance reviews, mentorship, and buddy support throughout the summer.
• Work at an MUFG office or client site four days weekly and remotely one day weekly.
• Top-performing analysts may receive full-time analyst or two- to three-year rotational program offers after graduation.
