2027 MUFG UK Summer Analyst Programme: Internal Audit

About the role

MUFG’s 10-week London Summer Analyst Programme offers penultimate-year students exposure to Internal Audit within an international banking group. After technical training, interns support internal-control audits, identify and mitigate day-to-day risks, and develop analytical and communication skills. Successful interns may receive consideration for the following year’s full-time Analyst Programme.

Responsibilities

• Support audit projects assessing the strength of MUFG’s internal controls.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate day-to-day risks.
• Contribute to the team while developing analytical and communication skills.

Programme Experience

• Complete one week of technical training covering MUFG’s products and markets.
• Learn from experienced Internal Audit professionals and receive support from an allocated buddy.
• Gain exposure across the organisation within the EMEA Internal Audit Office.

Key Dates

• Applications close on 29 November 2026, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
• The assessment centre takes place in February 2027.
• The programme starts on 21 June 2027.
