Program Details
- 10-week summer internship for rising seniors and first-year graduate students.
- Work four days onsite and one day remotely per week.
- Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced banking environment.
- Participate in projects and team assignments to build financial skills.
- Engage in professional development and business exposure activities.
- Receive mentorship from assigned program mentors.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile business transactions and track cash flow.
- Support commercial loans, trade services, payments, and governance.
- Manage loan documentation and syndicate lending transactions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improve payment operations.
- Develop and maintain technical and governance documentation.
- Collaborate on process improvement and operational efficiency projects.
Placement Groups
- Commercial Loans: Member, Agency, and Middle Office roles.
- Enterprise Services: Internal Control Unit and Productivity Enablers.
- Payments: Data Analyst role focusing on operational improvements.
- Transformation, Regulation, and Governance roles involving technical writing and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Graduating Winter 2027 or Spring 2028; undergraduates preferred.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Proficient in Excel and eager to use computer skills.
- Preferred exposure to process design, improvement, or change management.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
