Role and Responsibilities
- Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports on trends, variances, and profitability.
- Perform basic financial modeling, graphing, and reporting tasks.
- Coordinate resolution of financial questions and issues within FP&A teams.
- Assist in updating transfer pricing methodologies and process restatements.
- Support monthly RAROC and customer profitability analysis reports.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 1-3 years related experience in management accounting.
- Understanding of Basel II components, Economic Capital, Expected Loss, and risk components.
- Knowledge of RAROC, EVA, RWA drivers, and transfer pricing including cash flow analysis.
- Basic understanding of performance measurement and bank products.
- Moderate financial and risk management analytical skills with some modeling experience.
