2027 MUFG Analyst Programme Frankfurt: Global Coverage & Invesment Banking

About the role

MUFG’s 18-month Analyst Programme in Frankfurt offers three rotations across Global Corporate and Investment Banking coverage and product teams. You will build knowledge of clients, financing products and business strategy through structured training, then complete on-desk rotations. The programme begins with five weeks in London on 19 July 2027.

Role and rotations

• Complete three rotations across three Global Corporate and Investment Banking areas before selecting a specialisation.
• Coverage teams develop client relationships and understand clients’ businesses, needs and potential MUFG solutions.
• Product teams specialise in Aviation, Commodity Finance, Corporate Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Project Finance and Securitisation.
• Return to Frankfurt after entry training to complete the programme and on-desk rotations.

Training and support

• Complete a comprehensive curriculum covering products, clients and business strategy.
• Learn alongside an Analyst cohort and experienced professionals while building programme-wide connections.
• Receive ongoing development support from senior colleagues, a buddy and a mentor.

Compensation and benefits

• Annual gross salary of €63,000.
