2027 MUFG Analyst Programme Amsterdam: Global Coverage & Investment Banking

About the role

MUFG’s 18-month Analyst Programme in Amsterdam offers three rotations across Global Corporate and Investment Banking coverage and product teams. The programme begins with five weeks of training in London, followed by Amsterdam-based on-desk rotations, professional development, mentoring and opportunities to build client and financial markets expertise.

Programme Structure

• Complete three rotations across Global Corporate and Investment Banking coverage and product teams.
• Begin on 19 July 2027 with five weeks of entry training at MUFG’s EMEA headquarters in London.
• Return to Amsterdam after training to complete the programme and on-desk rotations.
• Receive ongoing development support from senior colleagues, a buddy, mentor and analyst peers.

Teams And Responsibilities

• Coverage teams build client relationships and understand businesses, needs and suitable MUFG solutions.
• Product teams specialise in Aviation, Commodity Finance, Corporate Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Project Finance and Securitisation.
• Develop understanding of financial products, clients and MUFG’s business strategy through training and rotations.

Requirements

• Be in the final year of study or have graduated within the previous 12 months.
• Show strong interest in financial markets and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate motivation, integrity, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bring innovative thinking and the ability to generate new and creative ideas.

Compensation And Benefits

• Annual gross salary of €50,000–€55,000, plus a discretionary management bonus of up to 20%.
• Receive 8% holiday allowance, a 13th-month payment and 30 vacation days annually.
• Optional purchase of up to 15 additional vacation days is available.
