MUFG seeks a Strategy and Business Development Intern for a 5-month internship in Singapore. The role supports strategic planning, fintech collaboration, and event coordination, offering exposure to banking, fintech, and corporate strategy.

Role Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning and collaboration with Partner Banks, GCIB, and Transaction Banking.
- Conduct market and competitor research on fintech, digital banking, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in preparing management reports, strategy papers, and business proposals.
- Research fintech business models and identify strategic partnership opportunities.
- Support post merger integration activities including coordination and progress tracking.

Requirements
- Current undergraduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and research skills to analyze business models and market trends.
- Good financial literacy for simple projections and business case analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized and proactive with multitasking ability.

Preferred Experience
- 1–2 prior internships in banking, consulting, fintech, or strategy-related roles advantageous.
- Experience supporting events, projects, or research assignments is a plus.
