Role and Responsibilities
- Support the Strategy & Execution team for Global Subsidiary Banking.
- Collaborate with regional and country heads and product offices globally.
- Drive business growth across front office organizations worldwide.
- Conduct business deep dives and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare analysis and presentation pitchbooks for senior management.

- Assigned a mentor/manager for goal setting and performance reviews.
- Opportunities to network with peers, mentors, and senior managers.
- Participate in team-building sessions and speaker events.
