Role Responsibilities
- Document existing processes and procedures through deep dives.
- Propose a new Regional Standardized Operating Model to enhance efficiency.
- Support design and implementation of a digital workflow tool for client tracking.
- Prepare and equip teams to adopt changes in processes, systems, and technology.

Job Requirements
- Strong interest in Digital Transformation, Change Management, and Transaction Banking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical skills to learn processes and identify improvements.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.

- Internship duration: 3 August 2026 to 31 December 2026.
- Location: Singapore Office, Marina One.
- Open to Singaporean and PR students from specified universities.
