About the role

This Singapore-based internship supports MUFG’s cybersecurity Large Language Model programme. Interns will assess, trial, and implement applicable LLM solutions across threat detection, phishing prevention, code security, incident response, monitoring, compliance, and data protection, while considering responsible AI use, bias, misuse, and other unintended consequences.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a cybersecurity LLM programme to assess, trial, and implement applicable models.
  • Explore threat detection, phishing and social engineering identification, predictive analysis, real-time alerts, and monitoring.
  • Support code security reviews, vulnerability patching, incident response, automated reporting, and cybersecurity research.
  • Develop LLM applications for awareness training, user authentication, data loss prevention, and encryption protection.
  • Apply LLMs to document review, policy and compliance management, and customized security frameworks.
  • Focus on ethical, responsible AI use, including potential misuse, bias, and unintended consequences.
