Global Client Sales Intern

About the role

MUFG offers a Global Client Sales Internship in Singapore from January to June 2027. Interns gain hands-on experience across risk solutions sales, trading, and business management within the Global Markets division.

Internship Details

• Duration: 11 January 2027 to 30 June 2027
• Location: Singapore Office Marina One
• Structured rotations across Risk Solutions Sales, Trading, eFX Sales, and Business Management
• Work closely with experienced professionals on live business initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, and client research to support business development
• Analyze client and business data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Develop presentations, reports, and strategic business recommendations
• Support reporting automation, data analytics, and process improvements
• Monitor macroeconomic and market developments impacting FX and interest rate markets
• Collaborate with sales, trading, and business management stakeholders

Learning Opportunities

• Exposure to multiple areas of a leading Global Markets business
• Develop practical knowledge of FX, interest rates, risk management, and electronic trading
• Work alongside senior professionals to understand financial markets

Requirements

• Undergraduate pursuing degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong interest in financial markets and global economic developments
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn

Additional Information

• Working hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Internship open to Singaporean and PR students only
