ServiceNow BA TPRM-Senior Analyst
MUFG seeks a ServiceNow Business Analyst with 5-8 years experience in Third-Party Risk Management to design and implement TPRM solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring ServiceNow modules, and supporting risk and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow TPRM implementations.
- Conduct workshops with Procurement, Vendor Management, Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk teams.
- Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Configure and support ServiceNow TPRM modules with developers.
- Define and optimize third-party onboarding, assessment, due diligence, issue management, remediation, and offboarding.

Required Skills
- Expertise in ServiceNow TPRM, Integrated Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management.
- Proficient in Risk Assessment Framework, Assessment Designer, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
- Experience with Service Catalog, Workflow/Process Automation, Reporting, and Dashboards.
- Strong business analysis skills: requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, user stories.
- Experience preparing BRD/FRD, functional specs, UAT management, and stakeholder management.

Experience & Qualifications
- 5-8+ years as a Business Analyst with 3+ years on ServiceNow IRM/TPRM implementations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ServiceNow data model and integrations.
- Preferred experience in banking, healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CSA, IRM/TPRM Implementation, CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
