Manager - Hong Kong Credit Corporates
Manage credit risk for Hong Kong corporate portfolios, conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and portfolio monitoring. Collaborate with stakeholders for credit renewals and support new transactions. Ensure compliance and prepare reports for management and audits.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Hong Kong corporate credit portfolio and conduct detailed borrower due diligence.
- Oversee annual renewal of credit limits and borrower ratings with stakeholders.
- Monitor portfolio including covenant checks and financial monitoring reports.
- Support relationship managers on new transactions and portfolio reviews.
- Handle cash flow projections, waivers, and amendments for internal conditions.

Functional / Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis for large corporates.
- Experience with Hong Kong, Greater China, or APAC corporates in a bank or GCC.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and credit protections.
- Ability to assess macroeconomic impacts on borrowers and portfolio.
- Proficiency in PPT, Bloomberg, Cap IQ, AI credit tools, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications and Experience
- MBA or equivalent from a premier institute.
- CA or CFA qualification.
- 2 to 5 years as analyst or senior analyst in corporate credit.
- Experience in a Global Capability Centre with exposure to Hong Kong/APAC corporates.
