About the role
The Financial Institutions Risk Intern joins MUFG’s second-line risk team in Singapore, supporting credit reporting, client assessments, counterparty monitoring, risk-model development and process improvements. The internship provides hands-on exposure to credit analysis, risk assessment, financial modelling and internal stakeholder collaboration. It is open to Singaporean and Singapore PR students only.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse credit risk reports.
- Support credit assessments and due diligence for new and existing clients.
- Monitor and evaluate client and counterparty creditworthiness.
- Help develop and enhance credit risk models and tools.
- Collaborate on internal policy and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to projects improving credit risk management processes.
