Enterprise Risk Management Intern

About the role

Enterprise Risk Management Intern in MUFG’s Risk Management Office for Asia, supporting regional reporting, enterprise and operational risk governance, emerging-risk benchmarking, and cross-stakeholder initiatives. The Singapore-based internship runs from 11 January to 30 June 2027 and is open to Singaporean and permanent-resident students only.

Responsibilities

• Support regional risk reports and management information for senior management committees.
• Assist enterprise and operational risk oversight, governance, policy maintenance, and risk appetite monitoring.
• Benchmark emerging risks, macroeconomic developments, geopolitical risks, and regulatory trends.
• Support regional and global initiatives through project tracking and governance.
• Coordinate communications among regional stakeholders.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Undergraduate pursuing Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical capability and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated interest in banking risk management.
• Open to Singaporean and permanent-resident students only.
• Internship partners include NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD, and SUSS.
