MUFG offers a Cyber Security Intern role in Singapore focused on Security Operations Center tasks, incident response, and automation. The internship runs from August to December 2026, providing hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations and threat detection.

Role Responsibilities
- Assist in automating SOC tasks using Large Language Models and automation tools.
- Support monthly Key Risk Indicator report development and data automation.
- Contribute to incident response activities to minimize cybersecurity incident impact.
- Participate in daily security event monitoring and threat analysis.
- Manage SOC mailbox, analyze phishing emails, and triage alerts.

Job Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts like firewalls, malware, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
- Knowledge of technical evaluation of emerging cybersecurity tools and technologies.

Internship Details
- Duration: 3 August 2026 to 31 December 2026.
- Location: Singapore office, open to Singaporean and PR students only.
- Partner universities include NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD, and SUSS.
