About the role
Join MUFG as an AML (Tech) Analyst/Sr. Analyst in Bengaluru to support and enhance AML systems using NICE Actimize products. This role involves system development, testing, and production support within a dynamic team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve AML banking systems based on NICE Actimize products.
- Perform system impact analysis, design, code development, unit testing, and patch application.
- Support system integration and user acceptance testing and implementation.
- Produce SDLC artifacts including specifications, diagrams, and manuals.
- Provide system environment support in production and test environments.
- Offer BAU support including troubleshooting and quality assurance.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Actimize product development/support or finance IT department.
- Good financial domain knowledge and corporate banking skills.
- Technical knowledge of Actimize functionalities and Linux basics.
- Experience with scenario governance, alert management, and scenario optimization.
- Knowledge of case workflow management, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Actimize modules: SAM, ActOne, AIS.
- Knowledge of hit detection, alert distribution, and AIS coding.
- Experience with ActOne user management and DART reporting.
- Familiarity with workflow restrictions and Actimize Delivery module.
- Shell scripting and Oracle database experience.
- Full SDLC experience and bachelor's degree in computing or relevant field.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of multi-tenancy and ActOne custom installer.
- Experience with DevOps and basic Java knowledge.
- Development experience in banking environments.
- Understanding of SAM system BAU operations and maintenance.
