Responsibilities
- Support Product Department with data management and transformation.
- Act as business analyst for data, collaborating with experts on performance and risk.
- Develop and test hypotheses, gather qualitative and quantitative data for problem solving.
- Work with department head and stakeholders to implement changes.
- Create automated dashboards for performance and financial tracking.

Requirements
- Strong interest in data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to data tools like Alteryx and Tableau preferred.
