About the role
MUFG’s Hong Kong Summer Internship Programme offers penultimate-year students hands-on experience in Global Operations. Interns will support daily processes, reporting, data-quality checks, process improvement, testing and operational initiatives while collaborating with Operations, business, technology and control teams across the bank.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations, process documentation, reporting and data-quality checks.
- Analyse workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and service delivery.
- Assist with process mapping, testing, issue tracking and operational project coordination.
- Collaborate with Operations, business, technology and control teams.
Development and Support
- Participate in training opportunities and on-the-job learning.
- Receive guidance from a line manager and allocated buddy.
- Build networks with peers, managers, colleagues and senior leaders.
- Gain exposure to MUFG’s process framework through value-adding projects.
- The programme may provide a pipeline to future careers with MUFG.
