About the role

Role and Responsibilities
- Understand the bank's brand, customers, and product goals while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support tasks and projects assigned by supervisors across various departments.
- Attend meetings and take minutes for follow-ups.
- Review project documents to understand objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Participate in job shadowing to gain practical experience and insights.
- Learn technical and professional skills relevant to the industry.
Requirements
- Strong willingness to learn and collaborate across different functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good organization skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
