Role Overview
- Lead creation and execution of test scripts for Loan IQ business and system testing.
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering product, integration, migration, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with project managers and users to design application testing strategies.
- Document findings and recommend improvements based on root cause analysis.
- Manage testing activities, including planning, coordination, and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and report on testing activities across projects.
- Ensure traceability and compliance with MUFG policies in testing documentation.
- Identify and mitigate testing risks, escalating issues as needed.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members.
- Work with hybrid test environments and cross-time zone teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years QA experience in financial services preferred.
- 4+ years experience with Loan IQ workflows and transactions.
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for test management.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications
- ISTQB certification or equivalent required.
- CSM, CSPO, and JIRA certifications are advantageous.
