IT Procurement Intern (APAC)

About the role

MUFG offers an IT Procurement Internship in Singapore from January to June 2027. Interns will gain hands-on experience in procurement operations, vendor management, and market analysis within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing procurement documents like RFPs and purchase orders.
• Update procurement databases and tools to maintain accurate information.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance for sourcing strategies.
• Prepare procurement reports and presentations.
• Help resolve procurement-related issues.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
