Role Responsibilities
- Support operational analysis by compiling and validating internal data.
- Assist in creating and updating SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Maintain trackers, coordinate administrative tasks, and support audit readiness.
- Contribute to operational and system-related projects with documentation and testing support.
- Collaborate to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Scope Limitation
- Administrative and coordination role only.
- No access to customer data, banking transactions, or core banking systems.

Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year undergraduate in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field at Malaysian university.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
- Available full-time for 12 weeks starting October 2026.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Fluency in English required.
- Japanese language skills advantageous but not essential.
