Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated business services to assigned HR organization.
- Use Python, Unix shell scripting, and SQL for data integration tasks.
- Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies with business and risk teams.
- Collaborate with project teams, technology stakeholders, and vendors for secure application implementation.
- Support audit activities and coordinate with Risk and Internal Audit teams.

Additional Responsibilities
- Implement data quality and protection standards across HR technology.
- Develop and maintain inventory of information maps and system owners.
- Communicate effectively through documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Support governance processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Provide progress reports and handle periodic updates.

Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Apps, Visio, and Project.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform for automation.
- Knowledge of SSO solutions using MS Azure and Ping is a plus.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI for data visualization is a plus.
- Experience with Rest API and corporate HR applications like Workday is desirable.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT field.
- 4-6 years experience in ETL-Informatica, Unix, Shell/Python scripting, and database management.
- Experience as Senior Developer or IT project lead supporting banking applications.
