Role Purpose

• Assist client-side implementation with installation and system integration setup.
• Provide technical support and customer service for transaction execution.
• Support department improvement and Kaizen programs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries timely.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales Managers for business promotion.
• Coordinate with various bank departments to ensure seamless transactions.
• File and safeguard important documents per Standard Operating Manual.
• Support colleagues to complete assignments and prepare reports.
