Role Purpose
- Assist client-side implementation with installation and system integration setup.
- Provide technical support and customer service for transaction execution.
- Support department improvement and Kaizen programs.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and support continuous improvement recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries timely.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales Managers for business promotion.
- Partner with various bank departments to ensure seamless transactions.
- File and safeguard important documents per Standard Operating Manual.
