About the role
The Analyst, Process Excellence role at MUFG Bengaluru focuses on leading process improvement strategies, delivering Lean Six Sigma training, and driving a culture of continuous improvement aligned with strategic objectives.
Role Summary
- Lead development and implementation of process improvement strategies aligned with MUFG objectives.
- Strengthen Process Excellence culture through capability building and training.
- Coach teams in process mapping and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Drive governance and benefits realization for improvement initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders from analysts to senior leadership.
- Support large-scale capability-building programs and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person and virtual Lean Six Sigma training sessions.
- Facilitate workshops to identify inefficiencies and transformation opportunities.
- Coach employees on Level 3 process mapping and redesign.
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives applying Lean Six Sigma.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams for solution execution.
- Champion standardization and continuous improvement culture.
Additional Duties
- Deliver training on presentation, storytelling, and problem-solving.
- Manage enterprise capability-building programs like roadshows and Train-the-Trainer.
- Ensure adherence to Process Excellence governance frameworks.
- Establish KPIs and track success metrics for initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and process analysis.
- Engage stakeholders across all levels including CEO forums.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years in Process Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, or business transformation roles.
- Green Belt Six Sigma certification mandatory; Black Belt preferred.
- Proven experience in training delivery and facilitation.
- Advanced process mapping skills using MS Visio or equivalent.
- Experience with technology and automation teams, including AI tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of enterprise service functions like Finance, HR, and Risk preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts.
- High professional maturity and executive presence.
