Role Summary

• Lead development and implementation of process improvement strategies aligned with MUFG objectives.
• Strengthen Process Excellence culture through capability building and training.
• Coach teams in process mapping and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Drive governance and benefits realization for improvement initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders from analysts to senior leadership.
• Support large-scale capability-building programs and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual Lean Six Sigma training sessions.
• Facilitate workshops to identify inefficiencies and transformation opportunities.
• Coach employees on Level 3 process mapping and redesign.
• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives applying Lean Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams for solution execution.
• Champion standardization and continuous improvement culture.

Additional Duties

• Deliver training on presentation, storytelling, and problem-solving.
• Manage enterprise capability-building programs like roadshows and Train-the-Trainer.
• Ensure adherence to Process Excellence governance frameworks.
• Establish KPIs and track success metrics for initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and process analysis.
• Engage stakeholders across all levels including CEO forums.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years in Process Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, or business transformation roles.
• Green Belt Six Sigma certification mandatory; Black Belt preferred.
• Proven experience in training delivery and facilitation.
• Advanced process mapping skills using MS Visio or equivalent.
• Experience with technology and automation teams, including AI tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of enterprise service functions like Finance, HR, and Risk preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts.
