About the role
Join MUFG as a Process Excellence Analyst in Bengaluru, focusing on designing digital solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate to optimize business processes and enhance productivity.
Role and Responsibilities
- Build low-code/no-code applications using Power Apps to streamline workflows.
- Design automated business processes and integrations with Power Automate.
- Integrate Power Apps with Power Automate to enhance app functionality.
- Manage SharePoint Online site architecture and permissions.
- Model and structure data for scalable Power Apps applications.
- Map current manual processes and design optimized workflows.
Analytical and Functional Skills
- Conduct fit-gap analysis of Power Platform capabilities against business needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Create functional and technical design documents and user guides.
- Apply critical thinking to develop structured digital solutions.
- Manage multiple projects, communicating progress to leadership.
- Understand business operations to align data insights with goals.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Applications.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter able to work independently in dynamic environments.
