About the role
Join MUFG as a Process Excellence Analyst in Bengaluru, focusing on designing digital solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate to optimize business processes and enhance productivity.
Role Overview
- Design and develop digital solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Support Head of Process Excellence to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across MGS/MUFG for execution.
Core Technical Skills
- Build low-code/no-code Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.
- Design automated processes and integrations with Power Automate.
- Integrate Power Apps with Power Automate to enhance workflows.
- Manage SharePoint Online & M365 site architecture and permissions.
- Model and structure data for scalable Power Apps applications.
Analytical & Functional Skills
- Map current manual processes and design optimized workflows.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis of Power Platform capabilities against business needs.
Professional Competencies
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Create functional and technical design documents and training guides.
- Apply critical thinking to develop structured digital solutions.

Job Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Computer Applications.
