Strategic Planning Intern (Asian Investment Banking Division)

About the role

MUFG offers a Strategic Planning Internship in Singapore supporting Asian Investment Banking Division with financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives from January to June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, management reporting, and strategic initiatives for Asian Investment Banking Division.
• Assist in preparing management reports and presentations for senior management meetings.
• Support data gathering, financial analysis, KPI tracking, and business performance monitoring.
• Participate in meetings to understand planning responsibilities and structure.
• Assist in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and administrative processes through automation.

Additional Duties

• Provide support for ad hoc projects, strategic initiatives, and management presentations as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and locations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle large datasets.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
