Sector Coverage Intern

About the role

MUFG seeks a Sector Coverage Intern for its Global Corporate Banking Division in Singapore. The internship offers hands-on experience across deal life cycles, client engagement, and financial analysis from January to June 2027.

Role Responsibilities

• Work across all aspects of MUFG’s products and services for clients.
• Gain experience in deal origination, execution, and post-deal monitoring.
• Prepare pitch books for sector-based thematic dialogues and financing mandates.
• Support senior team in credit analysis, structuring, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Collaborate with various product teams including Leveraged Finance and Capital Markets.
• Develop presentation and communication skills by presenting projects to management.

Job Requirements

• Keen interest in finance with relevant prior internship experience.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, pitch book creation, and credit analysis.
• Action-oriented, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
