About the role
Join MUFG Bank’s Hong Kong Analyst Programme in Global Corporate Banking, supporting relationship management, client analysis and tailored solutions for local and multinational corporate clients. The two-year programme combines team and product rotations, development opportunities, mentoring and senior-management exposure, with cross-border work and risk-aware decision-making in an international banking environment.
Responsibilities
- Support relationship management for local and multinational corporate clients.
- Conduct client analysis and research, connecting client needs with broader market developments.
- Help develop banking solutions with corporate banking colleagues and internal product partners.
- Gain exposure to cross-border business and MUFG’s regional and global network.
- Apply disciplined, risk-aware decision-making and respect risk controls.
Programme and Development
- Complete a two-year job rotation across teams and product offices.
- Participate in a network-wide ongoing development programme.
- Potentially attend overseas training.
- Attend company visits and external training events.
- Receive regular career coaching from HR and direct managers.
- Build internal networks through staff engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with less than one year’s postgraduate full-time work experience.
- Strong team-player capabilities, interpersonal communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Commercial awareness and interest in corporate clients, financial markets and cross-border banking solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including research and clear information presentation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn and able to take ownership.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required.
