Leveraged and Acquisition Finance Intern
Join MUFG's Leveraged and Acquisition Finance team as an intern in Singapore from August to December 2026. Gain hands-on experience in leveraged financing, deal execution, and client engagement within a global investment banking environment.

Role Responsibilities
- Support leveraged financing activities for Private Equity sponsor clients.
- Work across deal lifecycle: origination, proposals, execution, and monitoring.
- Prepare pitch books for M&A financing and strategic client dialogues.
- Assist in credit analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and portfolio monitoring.
- Collaborate with teams across Global Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and Sector Coverage.

Job Requirements
- Interest in finance with relevant internship experience.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, pitch book creation, and credit analysis.
- Energetic, action-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Collaborative and eager to learn.
