About the role
Corporate Banking internship in MUFG’s Singapore team supporting relationship managers across client coverage, financing transactions, deal execution, approvals, monitoring, and presentations. Interns collaborate with Global Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and Transaction Banking stakeholders while developing presentation and communication skills. The role runs from 11 January to 30 June 2027.
Responsibilities
- Assist relationship management and coverage of Singapore direct coverage clients.
- Support the deal lifecycle, including origination, proposals, execution, and post-deal monitoring.
- Support execution of corporate financing transactions for clients.
- Prepare client presentations and develop relationships through deal execution and pitching.
- Prepare internal materials and assist with internal approval processes.
- Work with Global Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and Transaction Banking teams.
Development
- Work with experienced stakeholders across the Corporate Banking team.
- Present projects or case studies to business partners and management.
- Develop presentation and communication skills through practical project experience.
Eligibility and Application
- The internship is based in Singapore and open only to Singaporean and permanent resident students.
