About the role
This Singapore-based internship supports MUFG’s regional Performance, Rewards and Benefits team within Global Human Resources. Interns gain practical experience through year-end performance and compensation reviews, system testing, data analysis, reporting, communications, and regional collaboration. The role suits detail-oriented, analytical students with Excel proficiency and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support year-end performance and compensation reviews by gathering data, consolidating information, and assisting with analysis.
- Help test performance, compensation, and benefits platforms with HR Central Service teams and vendors.
- Contribute to ongoing projects, presentations, reports, data analysis, and employee communication materials.
- Collaborate regionally on ad hoc requests and activities while protecting confidential information and following company policies.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
