GCIB APAC Talent Team Intern
Join MUFG as a GCIB APAC Talent Team Intern in Singapore from August to December 2026. Support talent development, training programs, and engagement initiatives within Global Corporate and Investment Banking APAC.

Role Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of training schedules and programs.
- Assist in identifying training interventions and talent retention initiatives.
- Track training program effectiveness and conduct participant surveys.
- Develop knowledge content on learning, coaching, leadership, and DEI.
- Manage Graduate Trainee Program rotations and regional assignments.

Additional Duties
- Assist in data analytics by preparing, analyzing, and evaluating reports as needed.

Requirements
- Undergraduate pursuing HR or related degree with passion for talent management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Pivot tables and V-lookup a plus.
- Proactive team player with strong interpersonal and writing skills.
