APAC GCIB Talent Team Intern

About the role

Join MUFG's GCIB APAC Talent Team as an intern to support talent development programs, engagement activities, and talent analytics from January to June 2027 in Singapore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of learning and talent development programs across GCIB APAC.
• Assist in identifying training interventions and talent retention programs with staff and leaders.
• Monitor training effectiveness via surveys, feedback, and data analysis; recommend improvements.
• Support Graduate Trainee Program by reviewing rotation schedules and coordinating regional assignments.
• Assist in engagement activities for GCIB Singapore interns.
• Support talent analytics through data collection, report preparation, and analysis using Power BI and Excel.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest and passion for talent management and development.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP is advantageous.
• Proactive team player with good interpersonal and writing skills.

Program Details

• Internship duration: 2027-01-11 to 2027-06-30.
• Location: Singapore Office Marina One.
• Open to Singaporean and PR students only.
