Role Purpose

  • Support implementation of HR planning, performance, and rewards strategies.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, personnel expenses, and performance evaluation.
  • Deliver HR policies and processes ensuring smooth implementation as directed by management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Recommend continuous improvements and support departmental projects.
  • Implement global and regional reward policies in the branch.
  • Deliver local reward initiatives on time, within budget, and compliant with regulations.
  • Drive process efficiencies and technology initiatives to reduce complexities.
  • Manage budget discipline and cost control for office expenses.

Collaboration and Support

  • Partner with external parties for benefit benchmarking.
  • Work with other HR units on global mobility, recruitment, and HRIS development.
  • Support planning, performance, and rewards issues with team members.

Requirements

  • Experience executing compensation programs in large organizations.
  • Basic understanding of financial services regulatory environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with compensation market data analysis and benchmarking.
  • Knowledge of compensation philosophies and pay practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
