Primary Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement by streamlining internal HR processes and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Manage budget discipline and control costs within approved limits.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance the HR function's reputation.
- Consult with Head Office on project implementation and HR matters.
- Provide HR administration support including payroll, personnel expenses, and employee benefits.

Additional Responsibilities
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Prepare employee letters for passport and visa applications.
- Manage departmental risk profile and prepare various HR reports.
- Champion data integrity and ensure compliance with internal controls and HR best practices.

General Requirements
- Degree in business, Human Resources, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year HR Generalist or HR Operations/Shared Service experience.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and process mapping.
- Experience managing transactional employee relations and working with HR systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong IT, Microsoft Office, quantitative, and presentation skills.
