Role and Responsibilities
- Understand trade finance products, risk participation structures, and their commercial use cases.
- Gain exposure to FI-to-FI origination, distribution, credit approvals, and transaction execution.
- Conduct market research to support business development and strategic discussions.
- Support transaction administration, pipeline monitoring, and business reporting.
- Design and maintain templates for consolidating business data across countries.
- Assist in developing dashboards and presentations for business insights.
Process Improvement and Automation
- Support monthly management dashboard production through data collection and validation.
- Understand key business performance indicators for regional trade finance.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Enhance dashboard tools and data visualization methods.
- Participate in automation initiatives to reduce manual processes.
Client Engagement and Negotiations
- Prepare briefing materials and market intelligence for client meetings.
- Participate in client meetings with senior sales professionals.
- Understand Master Agreements in trade finance and risk participation.
- Support Master Agreement negotiations and approval processes.
