Role and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, formatting, and filing.
- Assist in preparing internal reports, presentations, and audit schedules.
- Support data compilation and basic analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate information requests with stakeholders and departments.
- Maintain documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.

Scope Limitation
- Role is strictly administrative and coordination-based.
- No access to customer data, banking transactions, or core banking systems.

Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year undergraduate in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
- Internship is a mandatory course component.
- Available full-time for 12 weeks starting October 2026.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; financial modeling is a plus.

- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
