2027 Investment Management Off Cycle Internship - Private Equity Solutions (London)

About the role

Twelve-month London internship beginning in January 2027, supporting Morgan Stanley Private Equity Solutions across investor relations, impact investing, portfolio monitoring, ESG reporting, and fundamental research. The role offers exposure to private equity strategies, climate impact investments, client servicing, and responsibilities comparable to a full-time analyst.

Responsibilities

• Support investor servicing and capital raising across private equity strategies, focusing on impact investment strategies.
• Help manage client relationships, coordinate deliverables and review meetings, and prepare market, portfolio, and thematic content.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Sales, and Marketing on investor materials and client account servicing.
• Calculate and communicate positive social and environmental impact alongside impact specialists.
• Assist ESG reporting and compliance under SFDR, TCFD, and EU Taxonomy requirements.
• Monitor portfolio investments, support board members, and research industries, companies, climate solutions, and macroeconomic trends.

Placement and Training

• Work alongside experienced investment professionals on varied projects within the Investment Management Division.
• Take on selected responsibilities and functions comparable to those of a full-time analyst.
• Receive on-the-job training while collaborating with experienced professionals across multiple projects.
