About the role
A London-based Investment Banking Off-Cycle Internship offering exposure to analyst responsibilities across financial analysis, accounting, valuation, and domestic and international transactions. Interns join a specific group and region, work alongside experienced professionals, attend client meetings, and develop practical skills through project-based, on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Gather and synthesise financial and operating information about companies, industries, and governments.
- Create and update financial models to support transaction analysis and valuation.
- Gather market data to analyse trends and help value and price transactions.
- Draft presentations and memoranda for internal and financial services audiences.
- Attend team discussions and client meetings, delivering parts of presentations when requested.
Training and Experience
- Receive on-the-job training while working alongside experienced professionals on varied projects.
- Build basic skills in financial analysis, accounting, and valuation.
- Work on a wide range of domestic and international transactions within an assigned group and region.
- Experience the Investment Banking Division culture while undertaking some Full-Time Analyst responsibilities.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence handling financial data.

- Excellent academic background and fluency in English.
