- Draft presentations and memoranda for internal audiences.

- Build relationships with advisors and sponsors; source new opportunities.
- Participate in capital raising and investor relations.
- Support business development and draft investor materials.

Qualifications and Skills
- University graduate able to commit full-time for six months.
- Strong academic background with passion for real estate investing.
- Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex information quickly and clearly.
