Role Overview
- Support program management and delivery for key business initiatives.
- Coordinate across business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders.
- Focus on program planning, readiness, execution, risk monitoring, and reporting.
- Drive high-impact consulting engagements within front office, risk, finance, and technology.
- Assist in change management, process enhancements, and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to meet deadlines and resolve risks.
- Produce and coordinate presentations for senior management.
- Diagnose issues and develop actionable, sustainable solutions.

Requirements
- Pursuing undergraduate degree, graduating after December 2026.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA required.
- Availability for full-time, in-person work July to December 2026 in New York.
- Understanding of sales and trading ecosystem, risk management, finance, and regulations.
- Experience in consulting, strategy, PMO, or transformation functions preferred.
