About the role

A 14-week Calgary Summer Analyst internship in Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Technology, offering project-based experience within a specific development team. Interns work on live technology projects spanning application development, infrastructure, databases, messaging, exchanges, and financial workflows, with induction, networking, technical demonstrations, team-building, and community-service opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements, then make system design decisions for business applications.
• Evaluate, integrate, develop, test, and deploy software applications to production.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications used by Morgan Stanley business units.
• Work on projects involving electronic trading systems, complex workflows, and lifecycle management capabilities.

Program and Training

• Join a specific development team for a live, project-based technology assignment.
• Attend an induction day covering an overview of Morgan Stanley and the Firm.
• Participate in senior management networking, technical demonstrations, team-building, and community-service initiatives.
