2027 Financial Resources and Strategy Summer Analyst Program (New York)
The Financial Resources and Strategy Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship in New York focusing on resource management, margin and capital optimization, and funding and collateral optimization within Institutional Securities Group.

Program Structure
- 10-week program with one week of classroom training.
- Nine weeks of three rotations across FRS business areas.
- Includes senior management speaker series and networking events.
- Features community service, performance review, and mentorship.
- Summer-long project presented to the division at program end.

Responsibilities
- Manage secured funding, collateral, margin, and capital across ISG.
- Work on projects impacting ISG's strategic direction.
- Partner with divisions to optimize resource usage and returns.
- Engage with CCPs to establish capital-efficient clearing services.
- Finance ISG using repurchase agreements and securities lending.

Qualifications
- Pursuing undergraduate degree, graduating Dec 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.20 required.
- Basic knowledge and keen interest in finance.
- Strong analytical, adaptive, collaborative, and leadership skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Compensation and Diversity
- Expected base pay rate of $52.89 per hour at start.
