Role and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and reengineer processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support trade capture, clearance, settlement, and account opening.
- Partner with Technology to implement business process changes.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintain effective client relationships delivering operational services.

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 required.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduating between Dec 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
