Role and Responsibilities

• Support trade capture, clearance, settlement, and account opening.
• Partner with Technology to implement business process changes.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain effective client relationships delivering operational services.
• Present findings and improvements to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduating between Dec 2027 and June 2028.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving and process improvement skills.
