Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations teams to improve processes and efficiency.
- Understand departmental interdependencies within Operations.
- Present findings to senior management.
- Partner with business units on trade capture, settlement, and cash management.
- Work with Technology to implement process changes.

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 required.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduating Dec 2027 to June 2028.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Team player with attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
