Program Details

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations teams to improve processes and efficiency.
• Understand departmental interdependencies within Operations.
• Present findings to senior management.
• Partner with business units on trade capture, settlement, and cash management.
• Work with Technology to implement process changes.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduating Dec 2027 to June 2028.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Team player with attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and motivated.
