Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to business units including equities, fixed income, investment banking, and support functions.
- Assist in preparing and managing Corporate Secretary documentation like board meeting materials and minutes.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Internal Control on regulatory changes and audit requirements.
- Help review and update internal policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support legal risk management through analyses and report preparation.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently in 4th or 5th year of Law school.
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets.
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; English fluency recommended.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
